Welcome Lunch & Oracle in Texas 101 Catered lunch with a short briefing on Oracle's Texas footprint — people, investment, and the Abilene project. Hotel check-in packets distributed. SPEAKERS TBC
2:30 – 3:30 PM
Executive time Settle in, catch up on email, stretch your legs downtown.
3:45 PM
Depart for Shackelford County site ~30 minutes north. See the next phase of the project at its earliest stage.
4:00 – 5:00 PM
Shackelford County site visit Orientation and overlook of the future campus.
6:00 – 8:30 PM
Dinner at Perini Ranch Steakhouse Under the lights on the south grounds, with hosts Tom & Lisa Perini and friends of the project.

Return to hotel Overnight at the DoubleTree.

Depart for the Oracle Abilene campus Snacks and drinks on board.

Campus orientation & tour Full campus tour including a data center hall. Safety gear provided on site. CLOSED-TOE SHOES REQUIRED
10:30 – 11:15 AM
Community Impact Panel What the project means on the ground — with Food Bank of West Central Texas, Abilene Heritage Square, Habitat for Humanity and the Community Foundation of Abilene.
11:15 AM – 12:00 PM
State & Local Perspectives Abilene's civic leadership on jobs, growth, and what it takes to land the largest project in the region's history. SPEAKERS TBC

Closing remarks

Out: AA 1987 DCA→DFW (8:20 AM), connecting AA 3468 DFW→ABI, arriving 12:58 PM.
Home: AA 2752 DFW→DCA (6:55 PM → 10:55 PM). We drive the return leg to DFW together — no connection to catch.

Both locations are active construction sites. Names are pre-cleared with site security in advance; bring a government-issued photo ID.
